PRICES

Prices include all sale taxes.

Prices do not include transport and payment costs. The purchaser will be charged according to the transport agency current fares when the amount of the order does not exceed 100€. If the amount exceeds 100€, delivery will not be charged provided that the purchasing operation involves a single delivery. All following deliveries will be charged.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment will be confirmed according to agreed time limit and payment system. The Customer will pay all expenses related to payment system choosen. Only full settlement of the price will be accepted (no installments will be accepted.)

GREGORIO Y OLIVEROS accepts the following payment systems:

1. PayPal. Customers do not need to register previously. All credit cards are accepted.
2. Bank transfer.

DELIVERY

Order preparation process

1. Once the Customer has made an order, we proceed to its preparation:
2. The chosen ítem is carefully packed
3. The parcel is posted
4. Delivery period will depend on destination:
   • Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4 to 5 working days.
   • Canary Islands: 8 working days-

The purchased ítem will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order form.
Invoices will be sent to the customer mail address indicated.
There is no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
Delivery delays will not involve the order withdrawal or compensation.
We consider that an order has been delivered only when the carrier has dispatched the parcel or parcels to the customer and the receiver has signed the receipt of goods document.
It is the customer´s responsibility to check the item at reception. Any faults or deficiencies found must be indicated on the order note.

REFUND AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Orders:
Should an item be faulty or not correspond to what it has been ordered, Gregorio y Oliveros will pay the order cancellation and new delivery costs.
In case the customer does not feel satisfied with the ítem, GREGORIO Y OLIVEROS will only refund the item price. Cancellation and payment costs will not be included.

Order Cancellation:
If an order is withdrawn before the ítem has been sent, the customer will not have any charges. If the item has already been sent, the customer will pay the corresponding transport and withdrawal costs.
